Managed Hosted Voice - Seat Types
Managed Hosted Voice has simplified your communication choices. We offer two voice seat types: an Employee Seat and a Common Phone Seat.
The Employee Seat is a feature rich package and includes advanced and basic calling features.
Employees will benefit from a range of advanced and basic features such as Find Me/Follow Me; Unified Messaging, Voicemail-to-email, Instant Conferencing to help them communicate and collaborate more effectively.
Optional Add-On Features. Each Employee Seat may customize their service with these additional features:
- Call Center Agent: Enables the user to log into a Call Center queue.
- Call Center Supervisor: Enables the user to monitor and manage Call Center queues via a supervisor software client
- Receptionist client: Microsoft Embedded PC based Client used by receptionists or telephone attendants who screen inbound calls for enterprises. Three different versions are available based on the number of employees to be monitored: Office (8 employees), Small Business (30 employees) or Enterprise (Unlimited Employees).
The Common Phone Seat is built for shared phones in lobbies, conference rooms and other areas. Though these seats do not include the advanced features employees enjoy, all basic features are included.
