• Managed Switch: Our switch is placed in front of your local data network for seamless integration and gives us access to IP phones so we can control the data that interacts with the phones and allows us to troubleshoot the system.
• Router/Voice QoS Gateway: Our voice gateway is truly the core appliance guaranteeing consistent and high quality service. Functionality includes: upstream traffic shaping so that voice packets are prioritized to ensure clear call quality, statistical reporting and Mean Opinion Score (MOS) values, Softswitch redundancy and station-to-station calling in the event of a broadband failure.
• Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS): A power supply back up for your voice equipment in case of outage to maintain essential voice service.
