Karen Herrmann Joins the Management Team as New Vice President of HR

Karen Herrmann joins Broadvox as the new Vice President of Human Resources. Karen is a highly experienced HR professional with over 30 years of experience. She joins Broadvox following a successful tenure with First Federal Savings & Loan of Lakewood, where she oversaw an HR Department serving over 300 employees, specializing in expanded employee recruitment and selection programs, as well as mergers and acquisitions. Prior to First Federal, Karen served as Vice President of HR with Second National Bank in Warren, Ohio, a $2 Billion financial institution. Karen has also worked in manufacturing and non-profit environments.
