2001 | Launched as a provider of wholesale VoIP services to telecommunications carriers and established nationwide IP network. Quickly became one of the country’s pre-eminent “carriers’ carriers” for VoIP Origination and Termination services, known for providing high quality service at a very competitive price |
2007 | Launched commercial SIP Trunking services and achieved rapid success primarily through a robust partner sales channel made up of Phone System VARs, Master Agents, Solution Providers, and Independent IT Consultants. Known for providing competitive pricing, fast installs, and high quality and reliability. |
2008 | Increased network capacity by over 50% and deployed new Sonus softswitches in Dallas, Los Angeles, and New York City. |
2011 | Acquired Cypress Communications, a 25-year-old industry leader in Hosted Communications. Expanded services to include Hosted Voice for SMBs and Enterprises. Ranked #4 among the Top 10 North American Hosted VoIP and Unified Communications Service Providers, as compiled by ABI Research. |
2012 | Established new Management Team to aggressively grow the business. Added experienced telecom CEO Bruce Chatterley to lead next phase of growth. Quadrupled speed of network backbone and enhanced network reliability with upgraded equipment and additional redundancy measures. |
