Mission Statement

“To be the premier provider of VoIP, SIP and IP communication applications and services delivered by the most skilled and motivated team in the industry.”

Broadvox entered the IP communications market in 2001 as a wholesale VoIP service provider to other carriers, and quickly earned a reputation for providing high quality service at a very competitive price. Soon Broadvox established a nationwide network and became known as one of the country’s pre-eminent “carriers’ carrier” for VoIP. Today Broadvox is trusted by more than 300 domestic and international carriers, ASPs, and ISPs to support their business phone services.

In 2007, Broadvox began the execution of two strategic initiatives. Broadvox increased its network capacity by over 50% and announced its commercial SIP Trunking service offerings. The network expansion was completed in February of 2008 with the deployment of new Sonus softswitches in Dallas, Los Angeles, and New York City. Broadvox GO! SIP Trunking sales have grown consistently as we successfully added VARs, Master Agents, and Independent Agents to our VAR Partner Program. Our sales channel has grown to include over 1,500 members since our first end-user sale in December of 2007 and Broadvox GO! SIP Trunking sales have grown at double digit levels every quarter.

The merger with Cypress Communications took place on January 14, 2011. As an industry leader in Unified Communications (UC), the 25-year-old company added award winning managed services for enterprises to the Broadvox portfolio. The merger enabled Broadvox to offer a broader range of extensible products and services, including hosted unified communications platforms to SMBs and Enterprises, whose needs vary from basic IP PBX functionality to advanced integrated UC capabilities.

Today, Broadvox boasts one of the nation’s largest full-featured global VoIP networks, serving more than 10,000 SMBs and Enterprise customers with broadband, SIP Trunking, premise-based solutions, virtual PBX provisioning, secure Internet presence and award winning cloud-based hosted Unified Communications solutions. The combined nationwide business VoIP and MPLS enabled network enhances our quality of service (QOS) and currently transports more than 15 billion minutes of voice and data traffic annually.

Broadvox has approximately 250 employees and retains a nationwide group of channel managers to support our partner sales efforts in every region of the country. Our direct sales force consultative sales process ensures a customized unified communications solution that lowers costs, creates operational efficiencies and increases productivity for our shared tenant services and Enterprise clients.

As a Top Ten Hosted VoIP and Unified Communications provider (according to ABI Research) Broadvox delivers a superior customer experience. With the expertise of our award winning customer service, technical support and local on site technicians, our Network Operations Centers operate 24x7 and excel at delivering the reliability, security and quality of service necessary for the world’s most discriminating business customers.

In order to support a wide variety of customer-centric communications solutions, Broadvox certifies interoperability with more OEMs of IP PBXs, IADs and routers than any other carrier. We are dedicated to meeting evolving industry standards for business VoIP and SIP. Testing the industry’s finest IP appliances and hardware systems, before we add them to our portfolio of Unified Communications Solutions, ensures they meet our exacting standards to provide our customers with consistent quality and interoperability.

Broadvox is committed to maintaining its position as an industry leader and is the service provider of choice for companies that are interested in the financial and operational benefits of transitioning to IP Unified Communications Solutions and hosted PBX services.
