Therefore, soft-switching technology was methodically expanded, launching user and enterprise offerings beyond legacy PSTN Centrex services and even further beyond carrier minutes.

Enabling this functionality, Broadvox established partner relationships and deployed Sylantro soft-switching technology, IP Unity Unified Messaging Technology and Kagoor Session Border Controllers. Broadvox also performed extensive interoperability quality control with many IP appliances and hardware systems from Cisco, LG Electronics, Sipura, Mediatrix, Polycom, Verilink, AudioCodes and many others to ensure Quality of Service (QoS).
