The Broadvox Carrier Dashboard is an online application that accelerates your ability to find and order DIDs, review CDRs and request customer support. Broadvox is dedicated to providing you with the best support and customer tools available. When you sign up with Broadvox, you will have access to the exclusive Carrier Dashboard through which you can easily and efficiently manage your account.

Key Carrier Dashboard features:
Online DID Information Access
- Search DID Availability – Review and search DID inventory on a state-by-state, city or rate center basis.
- Order DIDs – Select and place DID orders for individual numbers or blocks.
- Check Order Status – Monitor the status of your DID orders.
Call Detail Records – Search and review CDRs quickly. CDRs are available within 60 minutes of call completion and remain for up to 24 hours.
Local Number Portability – Keep your current phone numbers by porting them to your Broadvox service. You have the flexibility of porting a single number, a block of numbers or many numbers at one time.
- Link to the forms required to port numbers online: (Letter of Agency) LOA and (Responsible Organization) RespOrg.
- Track the status of your LNP orders.
Online Documentation – Use the online Dashboard User Guide for assistance as you navigate through the dashboard features.
- The Dashboard User Guide is also available in PDF format to download and print in its entirety at your convenience.
Customer Support – Submit trouble tickets through the Dashboard .
- Select ticket priority from “Low” to “Critical Outage.”
- Search and review status of either open or closed trouble tickets.
