Human Resources Manager
As Human Resources Manager, Allison Hannan oversees all employee relations including compensation, payroll operations, recruitment, policies and procedures, benefits administration and safety management.

Prior to joining Broadvox LLC in February 2006, she was manager of human resources in the healthcare industry, where she led all human resources functions including employment relations, payroll, risk management, safety programs, benefits and compensation.

Ms Hannan has more than 20 years of human resources and business management experience with both profit and non-profit organizations. In addition, she has experience in union and non-union environments.

Ms. Hannan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Human Resources from Lake Erie College.
